This short sequence will both close threads from the first story, open them for the sequels, and lengthen many more through both the first and last. This will heavily focus on the Autobots on Earth, but the end point leads up straight into the sequel...


Water Under: Prowl erupted into undignified giggles again, folding his frame forward and around Jazz and attempting to smother his bondmate’s horrible humor. “What? What!” Jazz continued to call out in between his own loud chuckles.

The Gap: Waiting outside to greet one’s lover was all well and good, and highly romantic according to what he’d read, but the dirt that accumulated on his frame while he waited was driving him insane. Sunstreaker had spent joors the last cycle cleansing and polishing his armor for Ratchet, and he wanted his lover to see him at his best… not covered from the kneejoints down in dust.

Burning Behind: Prime felt terrible. He had known Jazz for hundreds of vorns, and had depended on him for nearly that entire time. It felt as if he was tearing a limb from his body, forcefully removing his arm or leg, or ripping out a corner of his spark. It hurt, to not be able to trust Jazz anymore.
